  • Ideal for heating/cooling applications in process industries
  • Types: Dimple Jacket, Limpet Coil, Half-Pipe Jacket, and Full Jacket
  • Steam, hot oil, or cooling water service capability
  • Thermal design ensures uniform temperature distribution and optimized heat transfer
  • Widely used in resin, polymerization, and chemical reaction systems

Design & Engineering

Our in-house engineering team handles the complete design cycle — from concept to commissioning:

  • Design pressure range: Full vacuum to 300 bar(g)
  • Design temperature: –50°C to +400°C
  • Mechanical design calculations per ASME Section VIII / IS 2825 / API 650
  • Nozzle orientation, support design (skirt, saddle, leg, or lug type)
  • Stress, seismic, and wind load analysis
  • Design verification using PV Elite / Compress / ANSYS FEA
