1️ Silos & Storage Systems

  • Designed for safe storage and discharge of powders, granules, and bulk materials
  • Available in mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminum construction
  • Equipped with level indicators, pressure relief valves, and aeration systems
  • Custom-designed for pneumatic or mechanical loading/unloading
  • Capacity range: 5 m³ to 500 m³
  • Optional accessories: Vibrating dischargers, fluidizing pads, rotary feeders

2️ Cyclone Separators

  • Efficient for dust and particulate separationfrom air or gas streams
  • Available in single, twin, or multiclone configurations
  • Designed for high-efficiency dust collection up to 99% for >10-micron particles
  • Optional wear-resistant liningfor abrasive dust applications
  • Low pressure drop and maintenance-friendly design
  • Suitable for pre-filtration before bag filters or scrubbers

3️ Scrubbers

  • Designed to remove acidic gases, fumes, and fine particulatesfrom process exhaust
  • Types: Venturi, Packed Bed, and Spray Tower Scrubbers
  • Efficient for SO₂, HCl, NH₃, and particulate removal
  • Material options: SS304, SS316, or FRP or Rubber lined steel
  • Designed for optimum gas-liquid contact with minimum pressure loss
  • Available as standalone units or integrated systemswith blowers and recirculation pumps

4️ Bag Filters (Pulse Jet / Reverse Air / Shaker Type)

  • Engineered for dry dust collection and emission control
  • Modular designs for flow rates from 1,000 to 20,000 Nm³/hr
  • Fabric types: Polyester, PTFE, Aramid, PPS, Nomex(based on temperature & dust type)
  • Pulse jet cleaningfor continuous operation with low pressure loss
  • Available in square or cylindrical housingswith hopper bottom discharge
  • Custom automation with DP-based cleaning sequence and control panels

Material of Construction (MOC)

  • Mild Steel (IS 2062 Gr.B) / Carbon Steel (SA 516 Gr.70)
  • Stainless Steel – SS304 / SS316 / SS316L
  • Cladded or Epoxy-Coated Steelfor long service life

Fabrication & Testing

All fabrication and assembly are carried out in-house under strict quality supervision.

  • Welding procedures as per ASME Section IX
  • NDT: Radiography, Dye Penetrant, Ultrasonic, and MPI
  • Hydrostatic and Pneumatic Tests for pressure parts
  • Airflow and Efficiency Testing before dispatch
  • Third-party inspection by BV, TUV, SGS, or as per client requirements
